So I was working at home this afternoon, and I looked out the window. Across the street, I saw a Charlotte 10 News van parked and there was a man who was filming my neighbor's garbage. I'm not sure why. He was out there for about 10 minutes getting different views of the garbage can. I would have taken a picture of him, but my camera's battery was dead. So what do you think the story will be?
