So there was another great article in the Chronicle of Higher Education today. This one reported on a very special final exam given at Green Mountain College in Vermont. For a course on draft animals, the professor required the students to drive a team of oxen for their final exam. Awesome! I am definitely teaching the wrong class. I wonder what crazy things I could make my students do for their final exam.

Couldn't you make them VOLUNTEER to drive oxen?
did I ever tell you that I had to break a board by karate chopping it for the final in my self-defense class at BYU? Teachers are so lucky sometimes.
