Preventing Vandalism

Art seems to have a knack for keepign vandals under control. In the Halifax area, they are having artists paint the power boxes so that people won't vandalize them. Here is a little racoon with a toothbrush in his paw (located strategically in front of a dentist's office). I think it is a great idea.
