So there is a statue on the outside of the Bath Abbey that lost his head (the one on the left). Iconoclasts came along and chopped off his head. He has twin statue on the other side of the door. Rather than leaving the poor statue headless, Bath residents came up with a unique solution. They carved him a new head out of his rather long existing beard. So you can see in this picture that his head is much smaller and shorter than the head of his twin.
